We loved this whole area and all the shops. We went for a Miku event.

We've done several cupsleeve and artist events here and they have all gone great. Painless booking process, helpful on site support during and after your event. The space conveniently has doors that lead to the street and into the East Mall. The natural light of wall to wall windows make the space feel very spacious.

Amazing community space in the heart of Japantown. I have attended about 3 events here, will have to go for a co-working day soon!

The Parangal Leadership Team recently used KOHO in San Francisco for a one-day retreat, and the experience was excellent. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to have a productive and enjoyable day. The location is a huge plus—conveniently situated near stores, shops, parking, and public transit, which made logistics easy for everyone. We also appreciated that the space is dog-friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. KOHO is a great option for teams looking for a well-equipped, accessible, and thoughtfully designed space. We would happily use it again for future retreats or gatherings.

KOHO is one of the gems in Japantown! Summer 2025 peeked thru after a performance at Nihonmachi Street Fair I knew it would be a great hub for future Parangal event. The ambience is so welcoming and one of best parts is the space can be designed to type of the event needs. Fast forward few months later we had a wonderful holiday event and amazing retreat. KOHO’s pillars speak for themselves Create. Connect. Celebrate. We look forward to future events. Thank you so much KOHO!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Koho, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Koho.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
