Toured just about every co-working space in SF before joining Canopy, first as a "hot desk" member, then a dedicated desk member. My reasons for joining were many: good light, good coffee, quiet environment, capped occupancy. Now that I have been a member for 8 months, one of the biggest factors keeping me here (as competitors pop up all the time) are the staff. Ian at this location is incredibly kind and attentive to everyone's needs - not just certain members. He has invited us to cultural events in the City. Spending some time at Jackson Sq. location as well, I see that there is a certain standard of hiring and training that Canopy sets in order to keep their places well run.

Have been at the CANOPY Pac heights for about 2 months now. It's a great balance of quiet for focused work, with a little collegiality and socializing. Mainly people are coming to put their heads down and work. The extras (coffee/tea, bathroom toiletries, fixtures, fancy design elements from Ian James, etc.) are all quality and give the space the feel of an upscale office.

I love coming to work out of this location- especially being a member of the other Jackson Square Canopy. I love the neighborhood and it's a great space to work from. But more than anything, for me, it's mostly to see the smiling face of Ian who welcomes my team and me so warmly. He's gone above and beyond to make members feel comfortable and to cater to our questions and needs while working in the space. He even takes care of setting up a beautiful lunch on Thursdays. Thank you for making this place so special, Ian!
