I hosted an in-person event here. The space is nice and the room worked for us. But I'm giving one star because they tried to OVER charge me without telling me. Here's what went happened: 1. The room got changed. I booked the main room by phone on September 8th for $643.50. At check-in, the front desk said the main room might be too loud for members working, so we moved downstairs to a less nice room. I was totally cool with that, and I was told afterwards nobody upstairs was disrupted. 2. Limited support from the front desk. They offered us tape and pointed us to the bathroom upstairs. We've planned this event for 3 months, and for a paid event I hoped for a little more help or enthusiasm. 3. Poor communication. I came a little early to drop off Chick-fil-A for the group. No one told me that would start the clock and I would get charged for setting up food (in a smaller room that we didn't actually book). 4. We left the space super tighty. We cleaned up, put the trash where it belonged, and left food and drinks for the staff and members. I also wrote a hand written thank-you card for the team. 5. The invoice came back $466.54 higher than we agreed. I was told it was $643.50 a month ago and billed $1,110.04. An extra time charge was added, and no one explained it before or during the event. I feel slighted and taken advantage. If you host here, ask about early access and cleanup time before you confirm, and I recommend getting it in writing. I'm super disappointed and hope they decide to do the right thing and charge what was agreed.

Visited here the past two days and was blown away by the attentiveness, helpfulness, and overall comfort at this Spaces. Huge huge shout outs to Marlon and Elisa. They both went way above and beyond and really made things so much better and easier. Thank you🙌🏽🙏🏽✨
