not a complaint about the staff onsite, but the company is absolute trash. The location is also awful, nothing going on in the area. But do NOT sign any agreement ever with Regus. They are unwilling to adjust to anything when the dynamics of your working space are not what you expected when you signed. They will keep taking your money over and over even though you left the office because of noise. The staff at this location are very nice and accommodating, but the money people above them do not care about your experience. AVOID at all costs.

I am a Regus member and have visited locations in various countries and cities, but this is by far the most disappointing one. The front desk staff is highly unprofessional and is causing significant damage to the Regus brand.

I recently leased a office space with this location. The front desk communication is not great, on my second months payment I have been billed to pay another retainer amount even though I paid already twice as much of my rent in the first month beforehand. When I tried to reach them with the given number no answer, I emailed them no answer. While I was confused to pay which bill because I am not supposed to pay another retainer, they have added late fees without proper explanation and their mistake about the retainer? Will I get some fees for wrongly requested retainer? Or contract is built fully against the interest of the client?

Do not sign any contract with them. They are intentionally vauge and misleading. There are hidden fees as people have mentioned. You have NO ABILITY TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT nor negotiate a reasonable amount to pay them out and release your space. Additionally, if you have a long enough term, say 1 year, you MUST cancel the renewal 3 or more months before your service ends or you will be locked in for another FULL TERM with, again, no ability to appeal, cancel, or negotiate early exit of your term. I am lucky to have cancelled renewal before this but am not so lucky to be on the hook for an office space I no longer plan to use. The language in their contract does not specifically state "you may not cancel your agreement and forfeit your retainer" even though this seems to be the case. All language around cancellation is in the context of them choosing to cancel YOUR service. In this case, YOU STILL MUST PAY THEM OUT FOR YOUR FULL TERM. These are shady and predatory business practices which put the customer (me/you) in the position to pay them through the current or renewed term or go to incur fees and go to debt collection and try your luck negotiating with one of those agencies.
