Rented a conference room for an hour for a client meeting. I was auto assigned a conference room under construction with no furniture which I unlocked via electronic key via app. No receptionist to correct the situation. Customer service help is India based and was useless for real time help. Eventually every waiting 30 minutes with embarrassed clients a support receptionist showed up and assigned us another room. For this experience I had the pleasure of paying $200. What a ripoff and scam

TLDR: Spent 4+ months, 250+ hours, 70+ emails, countless calls, escalated to CEO, still trying to resolve fraudulent invoices and settle my account Great location but the management and the company is terrible. They overcharge customers by issuing fabricated invoices that breach the agreement. When you challenge these fraudulent invoices, they cease all communication, just like any scammer would do. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and the company. Update (Feb, 2026 - Please see below for the lastest): I raised 4 support tickets (CEN-02265904, CEN-02251010, CEN-02250959, CEN-02250831) and sent multiple emails, over the past month, long before the owner’s suggestion below. None of the support tickets or emails have received any response from the team. The billing issue remains unresolved. Update (Mar 3, 2026): After exhausting all communication channels and spending 100+ hours trying to resolve the illegal/fraudulent invoices that they charged me, I escalated the issue to their company CEO by finding his email online. After escalating to their CEO, I got a response from their customer service team, for the first time, after two months of ignoring my previous requests. It's been more than a month, and I am still trying to settle my account after spending countless hours, writing nearly 20 emails to their customer service team, with their CEO in the entire email chain. Spaces is a legit fraudster company full of scammers. They don't care about the laws of the country, they don't care about what is written in the agreement, they try to play cunning tactics, they try to defend their illegal/fraudulent actions by stating every straightforward sentence in the agreement as ambiguous/debatable, and **they even asked me to remove this review in order to resolve the fraudulent invoices on my account**. Update (Mar 24, 2025): After everything that I have gone through, they made a partial payment of the retainer they owe me and closed the ticket, now I have to do the entire process again. This is not a procedural issue, it is a strategy they use to exhaust customers and steal money. Everything is happening with their CEO on the email chain, so this is not a random mistake by a single employee. Scamming customers is their company culture. You are dealing with a seasoned fraudster company and you have no hope fighting with them unless you make it your full-time job. Avoid SPACES, REGUS, and IWG at all costs and don't let any of your friends or family ever do business with them. PS: Stay tuned for the next update - I have reached out to multiple journalists at well-reputed publications and I am actively considering publishing a detailed article with all the proof about the entire experience and taking legal action against them. I promise, when published, this article will be one of the most interesting/fun ones to read about how a bunch of scammers and fraudsters are running a company named Regus.

TLDR: do not rent here and find another office. The space itself is very poor and soulless, just a bunch of glassed offices that do not give a family or cozy vibe. The layout is a maze and the toilet is super far away. In addition they have bad contract terms with many hidden conditions and charges.
