At first, I wanted to award only 3 stars, However, when I looked back on the introduction, it was my attire and un necessary baggage that led to the receptionist losing her smile- but it was only for a moment and then she quickly perked up again, took my information, explained the best way to connect with the legal team. When I asked about Intellectual Property law, she unfortunately was not familiar with the topic of my inquiry, but hopefully she'll remember my horrible outfit and Google Intellectual Property law at a later time. Very cute business cards too!
