Antisocial and very embarrassing experience. I called Industrious HQ this morning to confirm whether this location was dog-friendly because I wanted to buy a day pass while construction was being done at my home. They told me it was. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. with my dog, checked in, and quietly worked in the day-pass area. Around noon, the location manager approached me and asked who I was (despite the fact that I had already checked in) and told me that dogs are not allowed in the common areas—only in private offices. I explained that I had called HQ specifically to verify the policy and had been told this was a dog-friendly location for day-pass users. He acknowledged that HQ was wrong and said the location is marked as dog-friendly in Salesforce, but that this site follows different rules. He then told me I would have to leave because some people are allergic to dogs and they cannot be in the lobby. For context, I have a hypoallergenic mini poodle. I asked for a refund, which he did provide. He also somewhat awkwardly offered to transfer me to another location on the other side of the city, which only made the situation feel more uncomfortable since I declined the offer. I hate that he walked me out the door. And coming here today is the biggest regret of my year. As a remote worker, I won't be returning to this location or using Industrious coworking spaces ever again. The only positive is that the location is centrally located and generally comfortable. It was super quiet which helped me focus on work. However, the overall atmosphere felt very stale, corporate, and lifeless. The lighting was also quite dark unless you were sitting near the front windows. I'm giving one star because I did receive a refund.

Fantastic staff and great facilities make this my favorite co-working/office space I’ve used! Recommended for enterprise AI companies!

Walked in on a rainy afternoon. It was late in the day and within business hours. The concierge, Nate, stated that ad hoc tours “weren’t available” and that self-guided tours are not welcome either. Instead, I was told to check the website - which doesn’t help you evaluate the actual space, layout, atmosphere, or noise level. Since I wasn’t able to properly view the space, I won’t be returning.

A friend invited me as a guest. I had been thinking of getting a membership to one of these, so I was happy to try it out. The area and atmosphere was pleasant. Good lighting and plenty of space. My friend booked a conference room for me, but had to leave a bit before my meeting was over. As soon as she left a staffer came in and interrupted my meeting to tell me I shouldn’t be there. When I left the room, another staffer told me that since my friend was gone I needed to leave immediately. I found the experience rude and unwelcoming. Needless to say, I won’t be getting a membership.
