We fly into SF quarterly for our full day internal business meetings and this was our first time using The Cove. From start to finish, Aaron and Stephanie were amazing to work with. They were available and accommodating to our requests, the space was clean, bright and beautiful with plenty of common areas for breakout conversations afterwards. Our team also used the coffee bar and had morning refreshments from their on-site catering team, and were blown away by the quality and level of service. Will absolutely be back!

Everyone who works at the Cove is consistently fantastic to interact with. Stephanie, Aaron, and Eric are all great. Mike, Victor, Kristie, Noel, Brian, Jose, and literally everyone else are super friendly and they make a nice space even nicer! I look forward to my next visit.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Industrious "The Cove" location. From the very beginning... booking, pre-event communication, and check-in, everything was completely seamless. The space is spotless, beautifully decorated, and every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered. It’s both aesthetically stunning and incredibly comfortable. We rented the Panama Boardroom for a hybrid meeting with half the team in person and half virtual, and the AV setup was flawless. They provided all the necessary cords, the sound system was top-of-the-line, and our virtual attendees could hear everyone in the room perfectly - no audio issues whatsoever, which is rare in hybrid settings! We also ordered catering directly through the workspace and it was right on time, delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The onsite café is another huge bonus, with great coffee, tasty food options, and even alcoholic beverages that were perfect for our late-afternoon session. Special shoutout to Stephanie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, her support alone made the experience stand out. We will 100% be coming back here for future meetings. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted two simultaneous meetings at this Industrious location—one in a 15-person conference room and another in an 8-person room—and the experience was exceptional. From start to finish, Stephanie and Aaron were fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that both groups had exactly what they needed throughout the day. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and full of natural light. The added perks, like the coffee and cocktail bar, made a great impression and elevated the overall experience for our team. It’s clear that every detail is considered to create an environment that’s both functional and inspiring. We truly appreciated the level of hospitality and care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return for future meetings. Highly recommend!
