It's a wework. This is a large building so a lot of the offices and conf rooms are tucked away in the core extremely far from a window, definitely a gloom feel in a lot of areas. I would not want most of these offices as my full time space but I only go in occasionally. The third floor common space is nice but doesn't have enough desks. The 2nd floor rooftop area is the best part of this location.
