Loved the space!! but parking is expensive. The first time I went they validated my parking (and my Spaces account was not charged) but the second time I asked to validate and a staff member said (a bit rudely but it was the end of the day I guess) that they don’t validate, when I explained they did it before she asked why I thought they would pay for my personal parking. It was a bit crass and I was disappointed because I wouldn’t have come back if I knew I was paying $18 for the day. This staff member was also talking and laughing pretty loudly for a couple hours with other spaces employees (little distracting but with headphones it was fine) and I got the vibe she didn’t really want to work or was just in a mood lol. So not sure what’s up there but I’m not planning to go back because there are other great options in the area.

Really nice coworking place. Parking is $18 though.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Spaces.

  • At Spaces - University Town Center, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Spaces may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
