If I could leave negative stars. My bill nearly doubled without warning or information about an increase. When I gave my notice, they billed for that month which was nearly double what I had been paying for the past year, AND are trying to bill me for another month, even with NO contract in place, requests to speak to a manager/supervisor go unanswered. The billing increases keep coming and no additional services offered. The staff turnover would make your head spin. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not rent any service from here.

Rented office space from Regus since 2017. In the past, service was reliable—but this year, customer service and billing practices have plummeted. I have experienced repeated billing errors, including duplicate lease charges in both January and May. Regus acknowledged the May overcharge but never refunded it to my credit card, despite weeks of follow-up. Instead, they insisted on holding it as a "credit"—which I clearly communicated was unacceptable. To make matters worse, they charged me again in June for July rent, ignoring that credit entirely. I ultimately had to spend 30+ minutes on the phone with my credit card company to dispute the unauthorized May charge. Regus has made no effort to correct the problem or offer a real resolution, and every step has required me to chase them for answers. As a small business owner, I simply do not have time to manage repeated administrative mistakes like this. Regus used to offer convenience and professionalism—now, I cannot recommend them to others.

Great location in Liberty Station. Nice reception area, ample office space and plenty of parking. Staff very helpful also.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
