Industrious - Core Columbia

I have had a wonderful experience at Industrious. Emily and Carli are very kind, welcoming, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They go above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience for everyone, fostering a sense of community where members of many different industries can network and work together.

do not recommend find another option ! For a coworking space at this price point, the basics just aren't there. There are very limited good places to actually sit down and work, no real hot-desk setup to speak of, and the overall workspace feels surprisingly impractical for anyone who needs to spend a full productive day here. Parking is also a headache, and the location doesn't make that any easier. The food and refreshments were consistently disappointing as well. That's obviously not the most important part of a coworking membership, but when you're paying a premium for the "hospitality" aspect of Industrious, it becomes another example of the experience not matching the price. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was the final straw. When I decided the membership wasn't working for me, I gave notice in August and asked to end it August 31. I was told I would still be charged for the entire month of September because their terms require one full calendar month of notice. I understand that language is in the agreement, but enforcing it this rigidly on an Access membership — where I don't have a dedicated desk, office, or physical space being held for me — means I'm paying for roughly six weeks after giving notice. I asked politely for an exception or escalation and was essentially told the policy is the policy. If the actual workspace had been great, maybe I'd feel differently. But between the poor working setup, lack of useful hot-desking, difficult parking, disappointing food, inconvenient location, and an inflexible approach to customer service, I walked away wondering exactly what the premium price is supposed to be buying. There are too many good coworking options to settle for this.

Emilita was truly exceptional throughout Bespoke Partners’ time at Industrious. From day one, she was consistently attentive to our firm’s needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything required to work effectively—from reliable internet and comfortable workspace to great food, coffee, and thoughtful day-to-day support. What really distinguished Emilita was the community she created. She made the coworking space feel welcoming, connected, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. Her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail had an enormous impact on the overall workspace dynamic, and it is difficult to imagine our experience at Industrious working nearly as well without her. Emilita remained incredibly helpful throughout our entire time there, all the way through our departure. She always made sure we had the space and resources we needed while being accommodating, proactive, and wonderful to work with at every turn. She routinely went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from her role and was simply phenomenal throughout the entire experience. Any company would be extraordinarily lucky to have her on its team, and Industrious should do everything it can to recognize and retain her. She is an invaluable asset to the organization, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Love this place! Emilita and Nico are the best on keeping this place awesome. I couldn’t ask anything else from a work place.

Emilita and Niko are amazing!! They go above and beyond and are super friendly and helpful. The office space is gorgeous, always tidy and the perks (free breakfast, snacks, etc.) are great. We love working here!
