I’ve had an excellent experience at Expansive. Julio, the building manager, has been amazing from day one, welcoming, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. As a new business owner who grew faster than expected, I truly appreciated how flexible they were, even allowing me to move offices within my first month. The space has a great professional vibe, strong sense of community, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend Expansive if you’re looking for a supportive, well-run office environment!

I’ve had a great experience renting this space for my business. The building is clean, safe, and extremely well maintained, which makes it easy to stay focused and productive. The amenities really set it apart, there’s a rooftop, a lounge area, multiple phone booths for private calls, and well-designed meeting spaces. They also offer free, amazing coffee & espresso, which is a huge plus. I love that there’s 24-hour access and a respectful, quiet work environment where no one bothers you. You’re able to work peacefully and professionally! Because of how positive my experience has been, I renewed my lease for another six months. I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality workspace.

I've been here for 5 years now and I normally don't sit in one place for too long. The staff has always treated me real good and the place is kept very clean by the custodians. Even the sales people have been good to me.

I was in San Diego for a conference, and my team booked a conference room at Expansive Workspace. The space was clean, comfortable, and great coffee. Julio was really nice and super helpful. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’d definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego who needs a professional meeting space.
