I’ve been with Expansive for over a year, and it has been an excellent experience. The third-floor lounge offers a comfortable workspace with complimentary coffee and tea, as well as convenient amenities including a microwave and two refrigerators for personal meals. I highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a productive and well-equipped work environment.

I've been a member at Expansive Gaslamp for over two years now, and am very happy with my experience. The space itself is well-maintained, and provides what I need to be productive. The internet and wifi were recently upgraded and work great. Plus the coffee is great too. What really sets this location apart is the exceptional service from the community manager, Julio. He is super helpful and always ensures everything runs smoothly. The amenities are great, the location is convenient, and the overall environment is a good mix of professional and comfortable. If you're looking for a co-working or individual office, then I can highly recommend the Expansive offices.

Our entire team had a great time working here. The space was large and met our needs well. The technology (A/V etc.) all functioned seamlessly, and Nikki (the rep from Expansive) was incredibly supportive and attentive to our requirements.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
