BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I have been with Regus (virtual office) for over three years. They just added a mail center fee this May (2026) without any advance notice, even though my initial contract stipulates that this service was "FREE" for pickup. I argued with the City Manager (Casey F.) about this. In short she said, if you have a problem with it write a ticket in the help section, but you will get the same response. I'ts not about the money. Its about their attitude! IM NOT RENEWING MY LEASE! CASEY YOUR FIRED!

This was my first time visiting Regus and I was thoroughly impressed. Jessica at the front desk made the whole process smooth and welcoming!

I recently went on a tour at One Pacific Heights, and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism I received. From the moment I arrived, Jessica was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She answered every question with patience, made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and valued. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such kindness and positive energy. The property itself is beautiful, but Jessica’s outstanding service is what truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering touring or moving into One Pacific Heights!

This company is a stealer !!! They were like you will have a mount free, and you can come 10 days ahead of time for free, but they charge me for both of them and they were like “oh we didn’t know that they didn’t accept your free days!!!!”they are charging 15 days ahead of time for the next month as well! Liar company!!!
