Unfortunately ever since Ginger left customer service has been horrible!!! I’ve had issues with billing since November and no one returns your call. I left messages for Lorena and Ashley regarding this issues with the billing system and I’m told they put a ticket in for customer service and I have to wait. It is now January 2026 and nothings been fix. Very disappointing. I hope Corporate sees this and fixes my problem that was caused by their system.

I would stay away from this company as far as possible. For full disclosure, I did get behind, but I was paid up as of Monday, but because I paid the wrong invoice (for some reason the app wouldn’t let me checked the box to pay the past due invoice, so I paid the other one) I’m still considered past due even though I’m paid up. The local office folks is really good, but the upper management and their so called customer service (which is a very loosely based description of their department) can’t seems to determined between two of their invoices so now I have to pay ahead of the due date to regain my access. This is poorly run company at the highest level and I truely regret renewing my lease for an additional two years. I will not be renewing at the end of my lease.
