Terrible services from the manager of this location. I had a very disappointing experience with Regus – San Diego – Friars Mission, located at 1455 Frazee Road, Suite 500. Do Not sing lease on this location. The employees do not stay because they end up quitting their jobs. Manager shows no respect for customers. When you ask to speak with her, she does not return phone calls or respond to emails. She also fails to follow through on her promises to contact clients, leaving important issues unresolved. For more than four months, I have been trying to terminate my office lease or move to other location. During that time, I sent multiple emails, left numerous voicemail messages, and repeatedly asked the front desk for assistance. Every time, I was told that the manager would contact me, but no one ever did. The only reason I was finally able to speak with Lorena was because I contacted another Regus location. The manager at that location escalated my request to a supervisor, who then asked her to contact me. During our phone conversation, Lorena confirmed that she had received my emails and just not read them. Even she knows I had been trying to reach her for over a month. Despite this, my lease termination was still not processed. They force keep office that is not working out for you. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Customers should not have to spend months trying to reach a manager or rely on another Regus location just to receive help with a lease termination request. I hope Regus corporate reviews how this location handles customer concerns and improves its communication, responsiveness, and customer service. Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement, and I hope future customers receive better service than I did.

Always happy to be able to have my own clean, quiet office space. The staff at the front are always super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

I wanted to take the time and recognize Marisa for all her hard work, friendliness and professionalism as soon as we walk through the doors at our office in suite 500. You add that extra customer service that every office may need. !

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Regus - San Diego - Friars Mission operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
