Be careful when entering into an agreement with Spaces, Regus or IWG. Here are a few highlights. -add unreasonable "cleaning" fees. -sign you up for a coffee service at $50/month, you have to find that out and then ask to be removed -renewals are a nightmare, period. They lock you in months in advance of your actual renewal date. If anything changes, they will not modify even though your new term hasn't started. -the common spaces (kitchen, patio etc.) are treated like a frat house living room -Agreements include: sometimes functioning basic Internet, part time ability to print, dirty refrigerator.

The facility is nice, as are the people at the front desk. But don't fall for it! Do not office here, and do not give them access to your credit card or bank account. They will double charge you or add services you didn't request and you can pretty much kiss that money goodbye. Trying to get even a small charge refunded from them literally takes months as you're bounced around different departments overseas. Something is very rotten with the parent company Regus. If I haven't convinced you at least take a moment to read their profile and hundreds of one star reviews on BBB.org.

While I enjoyed the facility and the team at Little Italy was fantastic, Regus as a corporation is an absolute nightmare. It's been several months and I've still not received my retainer back - hundreds of dollars. First, they said their payment system was "undergoing maintenance" and therefore, couldn't send me funds back which meant I had to wait an additional month. And now, more than a month later and a promise I'd have my money back last week, I still don't have my money back. Long story short, **Regus will withhold customer funds that Regus does not owned, that are legally due back to the customer.** There is no number to reach anyone at corporate and no urgency from Regus to resolve the matter. Highly unethical and illegal business practices.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Spaces.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.

  • To truly understand what Spaces - Little Italy has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.
