Emilita was truly exceptional throughout Bespoke Partners’ time at Industrious. From day one, she was consistently attentive to our firm’s needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything required to work effectively—from reliable internet and comfortable workspace to great food, coffee, and thoughtful day-to-day support. What really distinguished Emilita was the community she created. She made the coworking space feel welcoming, connected, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. Her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail had an enormous impact on the overall workspace dynamic, and it is difficult to imagine our experience at Industrious working nearly as well without her. Emilita remained incredibly helpful throughout our entire time there, all the way through our departure. She always made sure we had the space and resources we needed while being accommodating, proactive, and wonderful to work with at every turn. She routinely went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from her role and was simply phenomenal throughout the entire experience. Any company would be extraordinarily lucky to have her on its team, and Industrious should do everything it can to recognize and retain her. She is an invaluable asset to the organization, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Emilita and Niko are amazing!! They go above and beyond and are super friendly and helpful. The office space is gorgeous, always tidy and the perks (free breakfast, snacks, etc.) are great. We love working here!

Within the last 3 weeks, I have called there four times and have left messages. The call tree sent me to the sales team where I left the messages inquiring about getting an office. No one has even bothered to call me back. If I was in the ownership group I would find out what is going on with the sales team because they are not on the ball.

Been here for 2 years and the industrious staff is the best part of my day :) They have a variety of spaces to get your work done whether that be quite spaces, collaborative spaces, or for social events.
