Emilita and Niko are amazing!! They go above and beyond and are super friendly and helpful. The office space is gorgeous, always tidy and the perks (free breakfast, snacks, etc.) are great. We love working here!

Within the last 3 weeks, I have called there four times and have left messages. The call tree sent me to the sales team where I left the messages inquiring about getting an office. No one has even bothered to call me back. If I was in the ownership group I would find out what is going on with the sales team because they are not on the ball.

Been here for 2 years and the industrious staff is the best part of my day :) They have a variety of spaces to get your work done whether that be quite spaces, collaborative spaces, or for social events.

I had a very disappointing experience with Emily Bonilla at Industrious. I arrived in a good mood and simply asked, politely, where my broker’s office was located. Instead of assisting me, Emily took my fob and told me I was not welcome there. I explained that it was my first time visiting and I just wanted to find the office. While I understand that access may be limited to members, the way I was treated felt discriminatory and unprofessional. There was no reason to take my personal property or speak to me in that manner. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I do not recommend this location, and I believe Emily’s behavior reflects poorly on the company. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
