Lifesaver for my Last-Minute Professional Needs I needed a professional space on extremely short notice to host an important video call, and NEST CoWork came through perfectly. I made a same-day reservation, and from the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. Accessed the private office space and paid quickly and efficiently. The private space and quiet atmosphere provided exactly the professional backdrop I needed for my meeting. They even have some vending machines for last minute snack and drink needs at below market price. The Wi-Fi was great and reliable, the video setup worked flawlessly, and the space gave me the confidence to run my call without any technical hiccups. What impressed me most was how welcoming the staff was, even with my last-minute booking. They made sure I had everything I needed and didn’t make me feel rushed or like an afterthought. They treated my last minute need with the attention I needed. The attention to detail in both the space and the service really shows. Even for a one-day visit, I could feel the genuine sense of community they’ve built here. I wandered around the office a bit after my session and wished I had a place like this in my city as well. The modern design and friendly vibe created the perfect setting for developers to connect, share ideas, and collaborate. What truly impressed us was NEST’s genuine commitment to fostering the local community. Darin was a wonderful host and was gracious enough to allow my colleague and I to work from his coworking space for a day. We were able to tour the facility and work from their common space, which was quiet and professional. Entry was seamless and had some nice cafes and breakfast spots nearby. Paid for a parking spot nearby, not sure if there is free parking that’s close. Overall, enjoyed the experience and thankful for the hospitality.
1855 1st Avenue has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Nest.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
