I’ve had an excellent experience at Expansive. Julio, the building manager, has been amazing from day one, welcoming, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. As a new business owner who grew faster than expected, I truly appreciated how flexible they were, even allowing me to move offices within my first month. The space has a great professional vibe, strong sense of community, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend Expansive if you’re looking for a supportive, well-run office environment!

I’ve had a great experience renting this space for my business. The building is clean, safe, and extremely well maintained, which makes it easy to stay focused and productive. The amenities really set it apart, there’s a rooftop, a lounge area, multiple phone booths for private calls, and well-designed meeting spaces. They also offer free, amazing coffee & espresso, which is a huge plus. I love that there’s 24-hour access and a respectful, quiet work environment where no one bothers you. You’re able to work peacefully and professionally! Because of how positive my experience has been, I renewed my lease for another six months.
