Awesome place. It's not hard to park if you get a residential spot and you're ok walking just 2-3 blocks. Really easy to set up, clean bathrooms, walk to the beach, shops and restaurants to take a break and there's even a waiting area if you have appointments. Office was clean and had a nice window and external monitor.

Overall great!!! Looking for a neat and quiet space to get some work done in Pacific Beach then Venture Beach is an absolute must! Ray is the owner and he is a great guy and always eager to help if you need anything at all. I love this place because of the location and also my private office space was awesome! I was working here out of my private office for a little over two years and everything about it is simply delightful. You also have the option to use some of the common co work areas which is great. You have everything you need here from a common area printer to a paper shredder and any other office supplies you might need even a small kitchen area where you can brew some coffee or tea and there's also a microwave and refrigerator. The place is clean and everyone here is friendly and keeps to themselves. You definitely want to check this place out! It's also really close to the beach and steps away from so many places to eat on Garnet. You'll love this place.
