This Company is horrible. I do NOT recommend. My contract is coming to an end and I told them I don’t want to renew. I’ve called trying to cancel before hand and was told they can’t assist me I have to do it myself. I tried signing in but for some reason couldn’t get in to cancel tried both of my emails neither of them worked. I called the office several times no answer nor no call back. I called a 833 number it’s an automated system then hangs up on you. I shouldn’t have to be forced to stay in a contract that I didn’t agree and called a head of time before my contract was over to cancel. They stated that I have it’s too late on the contract it will be automatically renewed for 24 months which is 1700 and something and that their price went up. Well how is it renewed yet if you didn’t receive my last payment. 2nd I have proof that I called sent email regarding this issue so now all of a sudden they have a grace period to change it to month to month but not a grace period to cancel from renewal. This sounds similar to what the gyms tried to do and ended up with a lawsuit. And I am seeking further help in regards of this issue. I shouldn’t have to talk to 3 mangers give me corporates info please. They tried saying they emailed me march 10th but it clearly says if I cancel before March 31st which I’ve tried to do and showed proof of me calling in to cancel and couldn’t. This is a set up and a complete SCAM!!!!
