When looking for an agent, I sought someone experienced, trustworthy, and accessible. David Khedry excels at all three and more. He responds in a timely manner to emails and texts, AND answers or returns calls! He lead me through our process of trying to match our business needs to potential sites. He understood we were unique, providing direct service to youth. For us, it needed to be as much about serving our youth as it is making certain we were accessible to parents, a safe internal and external environment, and a space where we would not disrupt other tenants. Finding the right spot took time, but we had a steady selection to consider. Yesterday we moved into our new space and I couldn't be more delighted about our future!
