The worst customer service ever at this branch. I had an appointment and was completed ignored for 1 hour. Don’t waste your tine here. Bank with someone else.

Don't ask to take 'too much' of your cash out, they'll make you go to another location to get the rest when they clearly have the full amount that you need on hand.

Been standing here for 20 minutes. Only one person who can actually help customers and they are dealing with an issue. There is no management or intelligence around being able to help more than one person at a time. Two employees standing around unable to actually help customers. Management needs replacement. Time for a different bank.
