I don't know what happened here. It started off good. For almost a week my support tickets have gone unanswered on why internet is not working. There are no longer a front desk or office manager. No answer to support is unacceptable especially in the app they tell you to use. The people that work there I wish them the best of luck as they're cool. They're failing to provide basic business response and services, internet. I was unable to open the door because it kept connecting to the wifi that didn't connect to the internet. Had high hopes for this place. Avoid.
I rented a desk here last month (July 2026) for four days. The space is clean and quiet. The team worked with me to get set up and ensure I had access earlier in the day so I could work eastern hours. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and need a place to work.
Reserved a meeting room. Didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried reaching out to them by email, no response. Tried calling repeatedly, at first I was able to leave messages, but my calls never got returned, then the phone will ring but not direct me to voicemail at all. It wasn’t until I sent them an email telling them I needed a confirmation or I would have to reverse the charge that I finally heard back.
Paid for a online mailbox and they never upload my mail and I have reached out several times and no one responds. I have spent $100s of dollars with them over the last few years for a yearly membership. Very unprofessional...WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP!!
I rented a phone booth at Launchpad Spaces for one day, and it was a great experience. The booth was clean, quiet, and perfect for taking calls and having virtual meetings without distractions. The sound insulation was very good, and I felt comfortable and focused the whole time. The booking process was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere of Launchpad Spaces is professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Launchpad Spaces if you need a private and quiet space for calls or remote work.
