If I could give 0 stars I would. This management is awful. After 5+ times of telling them to send invoices to my accounting team without even a call or an email back they have sent it off to pre collections. If you are a business STAY FAR AWAY they are not set up whatsoever to run for a corporation and their communications are awful. Thought they would be a good middle options as I open markets for my company and have employees work in them, but I will be taking my business elsewhere for Seattle and Dallas for sure. Invoice paid Regus management even after the lack of response or listening to your customers.

Complete scam. I had a horrible experience with them. I visited this location and had an office at another one of their locations. Cancelled my service, and they refused to honor the cancellation. In the beginning they will give you a good price and then they will more than double the price and not allow you to cancel. They A/C had issues the entire year and they shut it off at 4:30pm during the week and on weekends, even if it’s a 100 degree day. So the offices become unbearable to sit in after 4:30pm. Front desk staff are not helpful and rarely at their desk. They have been a huge nightmare to deal with. I would not recommend their service to anyone. I used to be with pacific work places and they were so much easier to deal with.

Have you seen how well they keep up the sports courts and the walking paths here? The maintenance crew really does a great job keeping the playground area clean and the grass mowed for everyone. It would be nice if the leash signs were a bit more visible for the dog walkers, but overall the staff keeps this place in top shape.
