If I could give a 6 star like, I would. The Rising Zone is the best place for health and wellness. Their gym is top notch with a variety of trainers. They have all the bells and whistles for health such as the Hbot, EES room, red light sauna and cold plunges. I use them all and have had great success. What is their secret? It's the people. Their staff are the friendliest that many have become like family. They actually care and want to help anyone to improve their health and lifestyle. I actually don't want to give a high review because I want to keep it a secret and not share. It's that tight knit of a place. Everyone matters to them.

The Rising Zone in Rocklin has been incredibly disappointing. I understand that businesses have policies. What I don’t understand is treating customers with zero flexibility or compassion when a young person has genuinely moved away and can no longer use the gym. The communication has been unnecessarily rude and dismissive, and the entire experience has left a very bad impression. For a business that promotes wellness, community, and “the highest level of customer service,” the way this situation was handled feels completely inconsistent with those values. Based on this experience, I would not recommend The Rising Zone.
