Staff is great and building is clean. However the whole business model is insane, you pay first month and deposit but do not tell you that you also have to pay the second months rent up front, so you are essentially paying rent 30 days in advance. Too many hidden fees then what was originally explained. I cancelled the rental agreement the day after I paid rent and I still somehow have to pay $57.

do not rent from here, lots of hidden cost, lack of communication, lack of empathy for the customers, dishonest people. They only care about $$$$

Wonderful staff! Brenda and Jasmine are great! Very friendly and always accommodating. The office is very nice and clean. If you’re looking for a space this is the place to go! I want to do any update: have been at this location for 2 years and all of the staff are amazing! Super friendly and helpful! David in sales is always goes above and beyond!! I highly recommend this location!
