CoBiz is a modern, tech-forward, 9,000 square foot co-working space in Richmond, CA. By creating a welcoming space for diverse entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, students, & elders of all backgrounds to convene, work, learn, collaborate, & be themselves, we are activating people, organizations, and communities into wellness, entrepreneurially, personally, & professionally.
We use a keyless entry system (KISI) for members to access our space, meaning only those authorized to come into CoBiz, can enter. Guests must ring the door bell for staff to permit entry.

Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with COBIZ.
