The venue staff treated us like we were a nuisance for using the venue as we contracted. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer in 40+ year's coordinating events across the nation. My interactions with these people has been a perfect case-study for how important staff training is for winning customer service.

Wow! This is an organization that’s truly trying to make a difference especially for our marginalized communities and POC. Their online courses are fantastic for small businesses. I’m so very grateful for the services and courses I’ve received from this organization.

Here’s the interesting thing. I noticed that these guys have such a strong community around them with the other tenants and people in the area that they help each other collaboratively and even host the guests of the different companies when each other is not there.
