Me and my partner had a wonderful stay. We were here for a concert at So-Fi stadium. The location was perfect and the place was super cute. The place is just as described. Great hospital and the host was very responsive and communicative. They were even kind enough to add in a late check out for us, free of charge. Thank you so much for hosting us and having us stay at your property. We would definitely come back here for a stay ☺️

I originally checked out Orange Door Spaces because my A/C broke during a heat wave and I needed somewhere nearby where I could comfortably work for the day. I ended up getting a 3-day pass and came with my husband. I wanted to leave a review specifically about the coworking space at the South Bay Galleria because many reviews attached to this listing appear to be for short-term rental stays rather than this location. There were surprisingly few reviews I could find that actually described the coworking experience. Having worked from Regus, WeWork, and BLANKSPACES before, I think Orange Door has a lot of potential. The space is HUGE, with free parking, lots of seating, conference rooms, a game room, break room, and areas for content creation. It has really good bones, but currently feels like it needs more attention to fully work as a coworking space. Noise was our biggest issue. A family was using the game room downstairs, which is obviously what it’s there for, but we could hear them throughout the downstairs area. We tried working upstairs, but noise from the mall was pretty loud there too. At another point, a woman came in to record something on her webcam and needed to repeat the same lines several times. She seemed considerate, but I could also tell she didn’t want us setting up close enough to interfere with her recording. Neither of us was doing anything wrong. It just highlighted how difficult it is to accommodate quiet desk work, content creation, families, meetings, and events in an open environment without more separation. Later, a man using a conference room began walking around the common workspace having a very loud phone conversation. Eventually it included comments about women, including wanting a “19-year-old girl that goes to church” rather than a “36-year-old woman.” It became uncomfortable, and I was thankful my husband was there. Obviously Orange Door can’t control everything another guest says, but it made the lack of an in-person staff presence much more noticeable. There isn’t really anyone physically there to set expectations for shared-space etiquette when someone starts dominating the environment. The virtual receptionists themselves were very nice and helpful, so this isn’t a criticism of their customer service. The setup was just unfamiliar. During our tour, we sat down and suddenly a laptop behind us started talking and asking if we needed help. There are screens with virtual staff throughout the space along with quite a few security cameras. Combined with how empty the building can feel, it was a little surreal and impersonal. I think an in-person receptionist would add a LOT of hospitality and make the space feel more welcoming and secure, particularly for someone working here alone. If virtual reception remains the model, more intentional placement and interaction with the screens could make it feel much more natural. The space itself is eclectic. There’s furniture for practically every use, but some areas feel more like a furniture staging or photo shoot location than an intentional workspace. The break room was solid, while the bathrooms and some other areas could use more attention. I genuinely think Orange Door could become a great coworking option. They have an incredible amount of space to work with. A designated quiet-work area, better separation between activities, more intentional workstations, and some form of in-person presence would make a huge difference. A feedback system for coworking guests could probably help too. If you’re coming specifically to work, definitely bring noise-canceling headphones. I can see this being a great space for events, parties, photo/video shoots, or groups. For focused individual coworking, though, it still needs some refinement.

Celebrated my 50th birthday here! Great space with excellent communication throughout. Never had any questions not immediately answered and everyone had a wonderful time. Well priced for what you get. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, newly renovated. Location is excellent. Also a laundry facility next to the place, they did our laundry and were very professional. I would definitely stay here again!
