I’m posting this as a warning. After originally speaking with the sales person at the corporate office and paying it took 2 to 3 weeks for Regus to even acknowledge that I had an account at the local office Level. I lost a large client because of their delays and lack of professionalism and internal communication issues. From there, they charged up to three times my monthly rent for triplicate retainer because they had issues processing my payments. I’ve been given the runaround. I cannot get payment set up because of their internal systems and they just continue to charge me fees. I have been now sent to collection department when I have been in constant contact with the office and the corporate office and the regional Director Janice Williams. I’ve asked for help multiple times when I called the office for help to pay them and put on hold for 30 minutes or more and then told that they can’t help me because they’re busy with people in the office and then when I’ve reached out to the Regional who already acknowledge previous issues it’s now been over a week and I can’t get a call back and all I get back are emails stating that all these charges are accurate when there is no possible way they should be charging me what they are! I just want to pay them, cancel and get away from this company, but they are making it completely impossible. I’ve sent numerous emails that I want to cancel. They will not acknowledge them. I’ve sent numerous emails that I need someone to call me so that I can make payment And they can’t seem to do that either. Stay away at all costs. Regus is awful and I don’t even think that it is just this location. I think it is their systems their sales people that their corporate level and their entire process. I have had other office suites and I’ve never had an issue like this.

This review is based on how Regus operates and charges. I joined in December as I needed a physical address to start a new insurance company. However I rarely will be needing to use the physical space so I chose the virtual office route. The whole time after signing up I have not felt my needs as a customer have been valued and all Regus cares about is their money. A few months ago I had spoke to a manager on the phone about this and thought we were on the same page. They charged me a retainer which I paid that was said to be refundable at the end of term(which I'm fine with) because I don't have a card on file for auto pay. I don't want a card on file because I have had nightmare experiences in the past with auto pay and fraud charges. Recently they charged me another retainer for not having a card on file, even though I already paid a retainer. I told them my circumstances as me being the CUSTOMER and they didn't remove the second retainer charged and then billed me a late fee on that since I didn't want to pay a second retainer even though I pay my monthly fee on time. Another reason I don't want a card on file is I've seen several Google and Yelp reviews of other customers that are auto pay and getting charged for stuff they aren't authorized for and also being charged after they have ended their Regus agreement. Similar has happened to me in the past and I want to avoid that by not doing auto pay card on file. I have paid a retainer and pay my monthly fee on time so it would be nice if they had an understanding customer service. This goes back to my initial point of my needs as the customer not being valued. I will see how soon future charges play out but right now I'm leaning towards finding another company when this year is up instead of renewing, based upon my 1st 6 months experience.
