Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Customer service is a joke. They charge almost 40% more than competitors, yet you get 40% less support. Basic issues can’t seem to get resolved, and getting real help from anyone is nearly impossible. It feels like the systems are broken and there’s no real customer service structure behind them. I’ve been a client for almost 10 years, and it’s honestly sad to see how far things have gone downhill. At this point I’m just waiting for my contracts to end so I can move both of my businesses elsewhere. Take a look at the reviews — even on Yelp the last positive one is over 8 years old. That should tell you everything you need to know.
