This has been a horrible experience from the beginning. All I needed was a virtual address. Initially the card I put on file to set up service was rejected so I put an Amex on file. I went into the office to turn in paper work and finalize everything. The lady at the front desk was unable to figure out why funds for the Amex on file wasn’t being drafted and said it would be taken care of. (It was Not). I called a tech support number they said they’d handle it. They opened 2 additional accounts and added other services! When I inquired about this I was told “people normally use the two services combined but they’d remove it”. I never authorized it in the first place. They continued to attempt to pull funds from the card NOT On File despite me constantly explaining I did not authorize use of that card nor is it on file. Fast forward they closed my account for none payment but never used the card on the account. I sent an email and left a voicemail for a manager call back and no one has reached out to me. I will be contacting the BBB and State Attorney General and the poor level of service received. I really needed this for my business.

Horrible security and communication. The elevators are embarrassing, with unattractive plastic coverings that look unprofessional when clients come to visit. We also experience random internet outages and poor overall management. My private office was broken into, and during my first month here my car was also broken into in the middle of the day — my back window was smashed. I’ll admit my gym bag was visible in the car, but according to Pleasanton Police this area is frequently targeted due to its proximity to BART and the highway, and many vehicles are broken into here. We also received a notice from Regus management advising tenants to be careful and keep doors locked after someone walked into the building in the middle of the day and took a computer from the second floor — they simply walked in and walked out with it. Between the building issues and the surrounding security concerns, the level of safety here has been very disappointing. At this point, I’m honestly counting the days until my lease is up. I would NOT recommend renting space here.

Terrible service. Beware! After you cancel they will keep charging you and send you to collections and they use a ride out of the country company. Even after paying the collections, they still charge you. Not sure about these google reviews but check out their reviews on other platforms, very negative
