Regus does not provide your rental retainer back. Been more than a week since it should have been paid. More than willing to take this review down when the retainer is returned (as it should have been).

Avoid Regus Virtual Office at 6701 Koll Center Parkway, Suite 250 in Pleasanton, CA I cannot express how disappointed I am with the shocking lack of professionalism and outright disrespect I’ve experienced at the Regus Virtual Office located at 6701 Koll Center Parkway in Pleasanton, CA. What started as a promising and affordable service has quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. If you’re considering using Regus for your virtual office needs, I strongly urge you to think twice. I initially signed up for their Virtual Office plan at $49 a month, which seemed like a reasonable deal given that I was told I could receive mail at the office and even use the common areas if I needed to work. Everything was fine—until recently, when they raised the fee to $99 per month. To my surprise, they also suddenly revoked the access I had to the common areas. Without any prior notice, I was told that the only service included in my membership was receiving my mail. The way I found out about this change was completely humiliating. I was working in the common area as I had done many times before, when the front desk worker approached me and loudly questioned me about my membership—right in front of everyone in the suite. I explained that I was told the common area was part of my membership, but she insisted I leave immediately. To make matters worse, she didn't question anyone else using the space, which made it feel like a direct attack. I called the membership support line to get clarity, and the person I spoke with was condescending and unhelpful. He told me, “Well, the person who told you that was probably just being nice, but that’s not part of your membership, so you need to leave.” No apology, no explanation, just a cold dismissal. It was as if my concerns didn't matter at all. But the incompetence didn’t end there. On a separate occasion, I drove over an hour to pick up my mail around 2:15 pm. Later in the day, I found out another mail delivery had come at 4:15 pm, and since I was still in the area, I went back to pick it up. The same front desk worker, who had already given me trouble earlier, told me, “We don’t check mail until the next day.” I explained that the mail had just arrived and asked her to kindly retrieve it since I was already there. She refused in the most stern and unaccommodating manner possible. In short, my experience with Regus at this location has been nothing short of appalling. They have raised fees, apparently altered the terms of their services, and treated me with complete disrespect. I am beyond frustrated by the lack of communication and the condescending attitude of their staff. It’s clear to me that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Regus. If you're looking for a professional virtual office experience, do yourself a favor and avoid Regus. There are far more reliable, transparent, and customer-focused options out there. Regus has shown me nothing but poor service, lack of respect, and a blatant disregard for their customers' needs.

I couldn't get any manager contacts from either reception or the helpdesk, therefore, I have to leave this message here. I have moved outside of US, and tried to cancel my contract remotely. I have sent 4 emails: 1- to the reception, 2 - to sales agents from my contact list and 1- to the helpdesk. However, when it comes to membership cancellation, people do not react to such kind of messages. All of them were ignored Therefore, I was forced into another full year of full price contract with Regus, that I do not need. That is huge financial loss for me and the matter was dealt by the help desk in a very passive aggressive manner. The whole contract cancellation journey looks like a scam to me.

My experience at Regus has been excellent. The modern and flexible workspace suits my needs perfectly. Carolina, in particular, has made a significant impact on my experience. She's not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable about the facilities and services. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, Carolina is quick to help and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. The amenities, including high-speed internet and coffee stations, make work more efficient. The networking opportunities have led to valuable collaborations. I highly recommend Regus for a supportive office environment, especially with Carolina on the team!

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • At Regus - Pleasanton - Bernal Corporate Park, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
