Livery Studio is an amazing event space located in the heart of Pasadena. We were so fortunate that the space was available for a 65th Birthday and Retirement Party. The space has a full-size bar area, multiple restrooms, plenty of seating options, and space for dancing or other activities. The venue set-up was customizable to our preferred use, and the owners, Yvonne and Michael, were a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend this venue to anyone in search of the perfect space for their next event.

Great venue for our casual meet and greet. They had a small refrigerator for keeping our drinks cold. Yvonne and her team were very helpful and professional. Above and beyond service, thank you Livery Studio.

We used Livery for a cocktail styled event with a short program for a non-profit fundraising event, and it was the perfect setting! The design is perfectly styled, with fun colored lounge sets, cocktail tables, and a big open space! They have plenty of tables and seating (enough for about 60 people). The team was super helpful in scheduling visits and working through all the logistics, and they were great on the day-of the event as well. Would highly recommend this space for your next event!

We held a birthday party at Livery Studio and our guests were gushing about how great the space was throughout the night. Yvonne and Michael helped us plan the seating and table arrangements prior to the event, and everything was included, no need to bring in outside equipment or furniture. Michael helped us get all the party food and drinks into place on the day of the event, and guided our bartender and DJ to help them set up as well. I would definitely host another event here without hesitation. Highly recommended!

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Livery Studio.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Livery Studio, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
