Our historic building was built in the early 1900's at the corner of Old Town's two main arteries: Colorado Boulevard and Arroyo Parkway. The vintage, rustic brick exterior of the building resonates the authentic early 20th-Century architecture that has made Pasadena historic. The interior boasts a mid-century modern, industrial, & clean design scheme. With 39 private offices, three conference style meeting rooms, on-site phone booths & monitors, & a photo studio, CTRL Collective Pasadena is the perfect place to host your team meeting or lunch, conduct interviews, or have your photo/film shoot. Wrap up and head to Colorado Boulevard just one block away where you will find prime dining, shopping & entertainment options!

Please use the main entrance located on the corner of S. Arroyo Parkway and Green Street. Our doors remain locked at all times for safety reasons. Please use the intercom button by the door to be buzzed into the building. Check-in at the front desk & a team member will give you a tour of the space before you get to work! Alternatively, if you have a meeting room or office rental, please let the front desk know and they will escort you to your room.

I started working in this space after we lost our home in the Eaton Fire. They were super helpful getting me set up and looked for ways to make it more affordable with my situation. They have lots of different spaces to work in - desks, couches, tables, counters, and pods. Most of the people who commonly work in the space are super respectful with volume during conversations and are friendly. The staff is always looking out for how to make our experience better. I looked at and tried other shared worked spaces and found this to be the most accommodating with space and tech. There’s plenty of parking (with a discount) and it’s close to old town so you can grab lunch. It has really helped me to have a space that is not a small table in the corner of my bedroom. Highly recommend.

CTRL Collective Pasadena has been an incredible partner for our organization. The location is fantastic, parking is easy, and the space is always spotless and welcoming. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently kind, helpful, and go above and beyond to make every experience seamless. The amenities are top-notch, especially the coffee bar, which is absolutely elite. They make it incredibly easy for our team to book and use conference room space for the day, and everything is always ready when we arrive. More than just a coworking space, CTRL Collective feels like a home away from home. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

One of the best things about it is the location—it's within walking distance of Old Town, coffee shops, and plenty of restaurants. And having monitors available is definitely a nice perk. I also appreciate that there are private rooms, phone booths, and work pods for taking meetings when needed. Since I work from home, it's a great place to come when I want a change of scenery and a productive environment for solo work. The team at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. P.S. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the space is!
