Edit after their reply: nothing was resolved as I expected. I'd thoroughly encourage anyone reading this to consider reading their BBB page and look up reviews on this company before engaging. -- original review I'd recommend looking at other office space before going with Regus. My experience was awful from start to finish. I paid for access to an office and never got it. My phone calls and emails went unanswered. My credit card company ultimately reversed the charge. I also took the matter to court, where I walked away with nothing, Regus's position there was that the service had been delivered and my office was ready. That was news to me. It would have been useful information the first time I contacted them about not having access. Instead, I'm still getting weekly threats of collections over rent for an office I have never set foot in. I'd suggest checking their BBB record before signing anything.

Anya and Candace are the BEST! They are friendly, helpful, professional, and responsible which all of us in the office appreciate. It's always a pleasure seeing them here in the mornings.

Awful! I had such a negative experience that I would never recommend this place to anyone. I tried out the virtual office because I needed a physical office and I wanted to make sure it was a good fit. The first time I went in there were professional older women at the front desk and I felt that it was going to be a comfortable place. However, I noticed the manager was not available to meet in person, and I was told that he only works from home. That was unusual because at the previous location I visited the manager was there gave me a tour, answered all of my questions and followed up with me. I went ahead and booked the virtual address anyway Based off of my experience at the other location, even though I did not book with them. I was given vague information when I signed up. I felt like I was rushed through the process. I was not given clear instruction on how payments worked. I uploaded my debit card information as instructed and then I was never charged on my card. Instead, I ended up being issued for bills in one month and then I started getting threatening letters and I wasn’t even 30 days into the virtual office address. I had to submit multiple ticket to get it resolved. It wasn’t resolved until the second month. Meanwhile, I paid the bill for two months and even pay the bill for a second month. Yet I could not cancel my contract. The end agreement button was grayed out. The second time I went into the office, the front desk staff was rude, and they were just being flirty and playful with whatever males were at the front desk. It was very unwelcoming and offputting. I had to submit another ticket to cancel my contract and every time I reached out to a manager about my contract I was told that they were only in charge of sales. Needless to say this was the most god-awful experience I’ve ever had with a business and I’m so glad that I didn’t move furniture into this place cause that would’ve been an absolute disaster and I highly recommend that people test them out with a virtual address before committing to a actual office or you’ll end up stuck in a nightmare for months.
