Isiah has a passive aggressive tone, attitude and demeanor. Printer is broken, coffee machine was leaking, and there was some stench coming from the general area in the kitchen. I can't tell if it is the sink or the dishwasher. For the kind of price being charged for printing, coffee and the generally suspicious billing practices (look at Reddit reviews of Regus and IWG), you would expect less curt.
