Industrious is nice
Terrible office management, can’t even end a membership properly.
I signed up for only a 6-month membership during a promotional period. I believed my membership had ended, but the office continued extending it and charging me without my authorization or any clear notice. I never returned to the office after my membership period ended. Despite sending multiple emails, I continued receiving invoices. I was repeatedly told by the Office Manager, Luke Bradley, that the issue would be handled, but nothing was actually resolved. I even escalated the matter to their legal department, yet I still received no meaningful resolution. I continued receiving charges and payment requests even after being assured multiple times that the matter had been taken care of. Eventually, I had to contact my bank and cancel the payments myself. And yet, I have now received another email saying that a payment is still pending. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability or resolution. There is also no clear way to cancel the membership through the online account, which makes the process unnecessarily difficult and concerning. Be extremely careful about what you sign up for and make sure you fully understand the cancellation and billing process. My experience has been extremely disappointing and has taken far more time and effort than it ever should have. I worked at WeWork for many years and never experienced anything like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place
Industrious - Palo Alto Page Mill operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Industrious may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Industrious.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Industrious - Palo Alto Page Mill has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day.
