Under the prior ownership, this was a great office space. However, when the new owner took over last year, it became very problematic. She wanted the lights off in the lobby, even when we were there to save on the electric bill. It was frequently freezing inside the office and the heat would be off. We were constantly interrupted by her clients coming in and she wasn’t there. She complained about everything down to my assistant, curled her hair in the bathroom! She didn’t even have the decency to let me know I had mail there and just returned it. We ended up moving because of her.
