I rarely ever leave a negative post about anybody, but the new ownership of this building is terrible. They had a flood, and due to no drainage in the bathrooms, the water started to flood the hallways and offices. When I called to notify them of the flood, they already knew. I immediately asked why the water was not turned off if you know that offices are flooding. The ownership replied the offices were not his problem and he would not turn off the water. My office continued to flood for another two hours before a plumber showed up and told the owner to shut off the water. The owner also waited over 10 hours to suck any water from the floor. I watched as the water from the flood slowly started to creep into my other office after many hours. The flooded hallway carpets, which were already in bad shape are remaining. Again, I do not typically complain. I just cannot in good conscience not warn people about this place. Be very careful if your office is located by a bathroom.
