I spoke with one of your customer service representative regarding my payment issue due to i was scammed and wanted to confirm my payment I made and to make sure my account was secured and safe from any fraudulent activity from the scammer and she did an amazing job and had alot of compassion and sympathized on what I was going through so I appreciate her alot for that. The first lady I spoke to was very nasty, confusing and showed no compassion at all, just spoke down to me so the new lady im referring to that the first lady transferred me to was very helpful and I'm completely satisfied. today i am extremely frustrated. apparently my diabetic supplies company uses monterey as a 3rd party and they called me requesting payment for a balance i thought was already taken care of since i had already made a similar payment. i thought it was spam. they had no information on what the amount was for or what it was regarding. i was not aware as being 3rd party the statement was sent and the payment/contract was set up automatically. “cheyenne” was hateful not helpful to mention i “knew i had a payment coming up because i had reviewed and signed the contract” yet still couldn’t inform me on what the balance was for. had to make 4 additional calls to figure it out. ended up contacting my supplies company and asked they just bill me directly next time to avoid this

This place is a joke, even when you make payments on time they consider them late and ruin your credit....a bunch of thieves and liars...definitely do NOT recommend
