This is an excellent coworking space for folks genuinely seeking to lock in and get real work done. The atmosphere is highly professional - counter to other workspaces I previewed when shopping around. I’ve been working out of this space since early 2019 and have remained a consistent member ever since. It should be enough of a review in itself! Seven years and no complaints. I’ll continue to be a part of this space as long as there’s work to be done.

I started co-working to create a clear separation between work and home, and to be in an environment conducive to focused work. 1528 satisfies these requirements but what I hadn't anticipated is how great it is to be surrounded by individuals from start-ups and nonprofits who are themselves focused and passionate about their work. The space itself is great - plenty of conference rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable places throughout the office for individual and group work along with open spaces and plenty of natural light that make it the right balance of a relaxed but professional work environment.

Great coworking space in downtown Oakland! 1528 Webster is well laid out, with a nice mix of open desks, private conference rooms, and outdoor seating for when you want some fresh air. Plenty of natural light throughout makes it an easy place to focus during the day. The kitchen is a great perk. I can prep lunch without ever leaving the building. Wifi is fast and reliable, even on video calls. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a coworking space downtown.

This is a cool workspace location perfectly centered downtown Oakland get parking lot easy Street accessibility modern field. Lotta open available light client office space with a very refreshing lobby atmosphere with a convenient coffee shop located in the front with street access
