Very poor experience. They make you jump through 7 hoops to sign in. They need to rethink their onboarding flow. It’s a real pain.

Nice enough space, but the building security desk needs a serious attitude adjustment. I have no desire to come here ever again if I'll have to deal with USPS level rudeness just to get upstairs.

The WeWork staff here are a big reason why this space is so great! Erika, Joji, and Gia do a phenomenal job of supporting the community at 1111 Broadway. In addition to leading the workplace with excellent culture, they frequently host events that are thoughtful, well planned, and a lot of fun. I am grateful that this space exists in Downtown Oakland.

I’ve been a 10+ year WeWork member and have been to many global locations. Gia and Ian and hands down one of the best community managers that makes WeWork a community rather than just a coworking space. This space is very airy, members are very collaborative and diverse. Love both the common area and the focus rooms. Very neurodivergent friendly. Even though this is a much further location for me compared to Berkeley wework, I’ve been coming here more often because of everything mentioned above. Also it’s literally just above a BART station and very close to Chinatown i.e great lunch options.
