I booked the Sydney phone room for two hours because I had an important meeting and needed a quiet space. While the room itself was nice and comfortable, the noise level was higher than expected. There was a mini buffet next to the room, and the sound of people getting food, along with conversations from outside, was quite noticeable during the call. As if I am calling from a restaurant not a private quiet room really waste of money and time. Overall, the space is well designed and pleasant, but it may not be ideal for quiet or focused calls. If this setup is permanent, relocating the buffet area could greatly improve the experience. I’m not sure if this was a one-time situation or a regular occurrence, but I wanted to share the feedback for consideration.

I like the HanaHaus coworking concept. Kudos to SAP for keeping it going. Partnering with Blue Bottle Coffee is another feather in the cap. That's how I was introduced to their brand.
