Our business initially had a positive experience with this space and had been interested in continuing our tenancy. However, when we were contacted regarding our annual renewal, I expressed concerns about the significant rate increase and was told that we would be offered a "special renewal rate." Since March 13, I have followed up multiple times requesting details and an update on the renewal terms. Despite repeated outreach, there has been a lack of response or resolution. I have noticed responses to other recent reviews, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. The lack of follow through and communication regarding renewal has left us disappointed. Businesses need timely and transparent communication to make informed decisions, and unfortunately that has not been our experience during this process.

Confirmed reservations were cancelled without notice and given to another customer. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. No apology, no proactive communication. Very poor customer service. Avoid if reliability matters.

Like others have said, this company relies on hidden “contracts” and send you to collections. They never respond to emails and I recently called to let them know I want to give them a chance to resolve the problem before sending them to FCC, California State Attorney General and their response to the email was “um huh!” “Yeah?” So I’m formally submitting my complaints toda y. Avoid this company at all costs

They’re true scammers. When you cancel, they force you to pay for the 24 months of “rent.” It’s a 24 month contract according to them and they never tell you, they changed it from a monthly to a 3 month to a 24 month thing without telling you which is illegal according to California laws. And if you do not pay it, they send you to collection, threaten to bring you to court and report that to your credit profile. Thankfully, with the protection of the state of California, these scammers have no place here; if you’re in a similar situation, you don’t have to pay, complain to the General Attorney, CFBB, and BBB. Stay away as far from them as you can! Adding to this, I also paid for mail notification service, they did it for a little and stopped and still charged me monthly. Also their prices can change anytime (and by a lot) so pay attention to your bills. I would rate them 0* if I could *Update: They completely ignored my emails and then answered them very rudely and when I replied back with all the proofs, they went completely silent yet still have not told their annoying collection agency to stop, they went to threating to begging to negotiating (60% off because they know their master is in the wrong) to threatening again. Such a funny process!
