It’s a great experience to attend their events. Made lots of friends and found some potential customers as well.

The only downside is that since the front door tends to stay open, cigarette or weed smoke from outside drifts in constantly. It'd be great if smokers kept a bit more distance from the entrance. Other than that really enjoy the atmosphere and the people — very friendly and welcoming.

My co-founder signed our small business up for a business accelerator run by the Dojo. I was a bit skeptical, but I ended up really enjoying the experience. The accelerator had a wonderful sense of camaraderie and was a supportive environment in which to learn business essentials, and to learn from each other. Outside the accelerator program, the Dojo is a really friendly, grass-roots environment (I've seen others aptly describe it as "gritty" or "underground") in which people can hang out, do work, and share ideas, and the people in charge of its programs (Qi Diaz, Mark Stofer, Barry Li, Eva Carrender, et al.) are very passionate about it. (As an example of it being a friendly place, one of the regulars there impromptu-shared delicious bacon sandwiches that he had just barbequed.) It also puts on a number of events, and the people who attend seem to be interesting people with a lot of curiosity. I've grown very fond of it.

Great for learning about startups and learning how to build a startup.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Hacker Dojo may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Please reach out to Hacker Dojo for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Hacker Dojo has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
