I didn't have a great experience. Booking the place took a lot of my time (you can't just show up and book, it took several emails and calls, needed to get the lockbox number and gate number, needed to pay a $30 cleaning fee which is excessive for conference room, need to lock up after). $130 for 2 hour room is a lot to pay for something so inconvenient. However the host was very friendly and helpful on the phone and is a nice person. Do be careful staying your time, even if the place dark and deserted. You will see a charge on your credit card bill (even thought I got no email or other notification of the extra charge). Granted the user agreement says there will be charges for going over -- just be careful.

Quiet and well furnished
Despite being located in a former warehouse, DesignSpaces is a really nice coworking space. Quiet, spacious, and really nice interior decoration. The two owners are constantly improving and tweaking the space and responding to feedback from members.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Desk and Me.
