I’ve been in many co-working spaces around the world and Pearl Works is top notch. I get so much more done here than at home, and the space is so tasteful and light.

I really enjoy doing my work at the Pearl Works. It's really easy to get into flow state here and I find my productivity and focus to be on-point. The spaces here are quiet, smell nice, and comfortable. 5/5 stars from me.

Nice spot and good community. Strange experience… I cancelled our membership on the last day of the month. I was billed for the entire next month because they have a 30 day cancellation policy. Fair enough, I wish I would have been told this during my onboarding, but apparently it was in the membership agreement. Weirdly enough, I also wasn’t told when I called to cancel our membership. I asked to speak with the owner, Alora, for any refund because they received a full month payment from me without using the office. I was ghosted on all 3 attempts. Weird way to be treated and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I’m sure the manager, Kay, who was very helpful and respectful, will have a comment like I should read the membership agreement. I agree, I should have… I just wanted any refund because we just threw away $400 and Pearl Works seems more than happy to keep it. ***************************************************************** updated 9/22/25, thank you for the email Alora.
